Advance Appointments
Appointments can be booked in advance, usually between 2 weeks and 2 months ahead. Telephone 01732 454545, or call in at reception to book.

“On the Day” Appointments
An appointment can be made for the same day by telephoning (01732 454545), or calling into reception at 08:00 in the morning. You will be offered an appointment with your own doctor where possible, but they may not always be available and so your appointment may be with one of the other doctors in the practice.
Emergency Appointments with the Duty Doctor.

In emergency situations, you may call the surgery (01732 454545) after 12:00 noon to be given an appointment with the Duty Doctor.

Telephone Appointments
In some situations it may be appropriate for you to have a telephone appointment with your doctor. Please telephone reception (01732 454545) or call in at the surgery for advice on this service.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please let reception know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to someone else.

If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let reception know to avoid keeping other patients waiting.
