Home Visits

Doctors Visits
Home visits may be requested by patients who are too ill to travel to the surgery. They may not be requested simply because it is inconvenient to come to the surgery.

To request a home visit, please call the surgery before 10:00am and give details to the receptionist.

It will not be possible to choose which doctor visits you as home visits are usually carried out by the Duty Doctor.

Visits from District Nurses
Visits from the District Nurses can be arranged by calling the surgery (01732 454545) or by calling the District Nurses office at Sevenoaks Hospital on 01732 470200
