Repeat Prescriptions

You can order a repeat prescription by :

· handing in your request at the reception during opening hours
· posting your request through the surgery letter box when surgery is closed
· posting your request via Royal Mail

If you wish your prescription to be sent directly to a local chemist, please make sure that this is indicated clearly on the request form.

If you wish your prescription to be posted back to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Please make sure that you allow 2 working days for your prescription request to be processed.

Remember to take your repeat prescription details with you when you visit your doctor, dentist or the hospital.
