Precriptions Requests
With immediate effect, we will no longer be accepting prescription requests over the telephone.
You will need to use the NHS app or put a request into the surgery or your designated pharmacy.
We have has box at the bottom of the stairs for these requests. It would be preferable if patients could use the NHS app to order their repeat prescriptions as these go directly to the Dr's inbox and bypass the reception team.
Patients are reminded that they should allow 3 working days for the turnaround of any repeat prescription request.
Unfortunately we are not an emergency service, we will be unable to expedite any requests for late repeat medications requests.
