Sevenoaks Primary Care Network

A primary care network consists of groups of GP surgeries working together. We also work within the community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in Sevenoaks and surounding areas. This enables us to offer a personalised health and social care to our patients.
